Our approach is grounded in the PACE Model, which goes far beyond an overview of a training plan. From the very first conversation before you joins, through the entire journey with us, and into every session we prescribe, the pace model shapes how we coach, communicate, and support our athletes. It influences the decisions we make and the habits we help build, ensuring the process remains personal, sustainable, and aligned with real life.
Within our community you’ll find athletes of all abilities, from first-time finishers to experienced racers, but what defines us most is our mindset. We support one another, celebrate every win. big or small. and create an environment where people feel encouraged, valued, and motivated.
