The PACE Package

At PACE Coaching, we provide personalised triathlon coaching designed to fit around your life, not the other way around. Whether you’re stepping up to your first 70.3 distance, aiming to perform at a higher level, or a complete beginner, our approach combines expert guidance, adaptable training, and a strong team environment to help you achieve your goals.

 

We are a British Triathlon qualified and IRONMAN Certified coaching club.

We know everyone’s needs are different. If full triathlon coaching isn’t the right fit, we offer flexible and bespoke options across swim, bike, and run. Simply chat with one of our coaches and we’ll create a plan that works around your goals, lifestyle, and training needs.

Bespoke Plans

Tailored, Flexible, Community Driven

Personable coaching sits at the heart of what we do. You will receive regular check-ins from your coach to ensure you feel supported and are progressing in the right direction. Training plans are fully adaptable and evolve around your work, lifestyle, and recovery needs. Nothing is fixed or generic, your training changes as your life does. As part of PACE Coaching, you’ll join an exclusive and supportive athlete community. Our group chat brings together both experienced triathletes and newcomers, creating an environment where knowledge is shared, motivation stays high, and athletes support each other through training and racing. We also offer team training sessions throughout the year, including long runs, track workouts, and key sessions designed to build both fitness and confidence. Training alongside others helps create accountability, consistency, and a strong sense of camaraderie within the team.

All training is delivered through TrainingPeaks, with sessions planned 7–14 days in advance and seamlessly synced to Garmin devices. Plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted based on performance data, feedback, and the demands of everyday life, ensuring your training always fits your schedule.

We use a reflective training approach to maximise progress. Athletes are encouraged to record and reflect on completed sessions in TrainingPeaks, allowing us to continually refine and optimise training based on how you are responding both physically and mentally.

Education is a key part of our coaching philosophy. Athletes gain access to our bespoke athlete handbook covering principles of endurance training, nutrition, race fueling, and training strategies, helping you understand not just what you’re doing, but why you’re doing it. We also host expert-led seminars, including sessions with industry professionals. We recently partnered with a British Triathlon Strength & Conditioning coach, whose seminar and ongoing involvement has been extremely well received by our athletes meaning he is now part of our team. 

Training is delivered in structured blocks with clear objectives. Every session has a defined purpose, and athletes are guided through the expected outcomes of each phase, allowing for consistent progression and confidence in the process.

Our coaches bring both formal qualifications and real-world experience. Abbie and Jordan started as complete novices themselves, they now compete regularly at a high level, achieving podium finishes and top 10 age-group results. This combination of lived experience and professional coaching allows us to truly understand the journey our athletes are on.
